Day 5.
I have no idea how but today I have only had 808 calories and I feel full. However I have had 21g of carbohydrates due to the taco seasoning I used on my mince. I’m very happy with myself.
I skipped breakfast as I woke up late and headed straight out to buy some food for the rest of the week.
For lunch I had salmon and cream cheese with lettuce and cucumber.
And for dinner I had tacos...
Bleugh. I feel sick now.
This is just too much.
This song reminds me of an amazing weekend.
All I want now is a packet of crisps.
I knew this time would come. All I need to remember is that to get thin I need to ignore my cravings.
I won’t binge.
I won’t buy goodies.
I won’t give up.
Day 4.
I hadn’t realised I had been so good today.
Calories: 1204.
Calorie output: 2079.
Carbs: 8.4g, only 4% of my DRA.
Absolutely amazing!
For breakfast I had salmon and cream cheese and a squeeze of lime.
At work I had two portions of salmon sashimi, one dish of chicken gyoza and a chicken salad with avocado and cucumber. I also indulged in my newfound green tea obsession and had 4 cups.

Day 3.
I am completely winning with this diet. I though work today would be difficult, however with plenty of free green tea on tap I found it easy. I can tell my mood has changed though and I feel completely lethargic throughout the day but that should change soon.
Today I had quite a few calories due to what I had for dinner, 1504 to be precise. But that is under my daily aim of 1600, also whilst...
