I have no idea how but today I have only had 808 calories and I feel full. However I have had 21g of carbohydrates due to the taco seasoning I used on my mince. I’m very happy with myself. I hadn’t realised I had been so good today. Calories: 1204. Calorie output: 2079. Carbs: 8.4g, only 4% of my DRA. Absolutely amazing! For breakfast I had salmon and cream cheese and a squeeze of lime. At work I had two portions of salmon sashimi, one dish of chicken gyoza and a chicken salad with avocado and cucumber. I am completely winning with this diet. I though work today would be difficult, however with plenty of free green tea on tap I found it easy.
